Guests have high standards, and quite rightly so. We will arrange for a property viewing and evaluation ahead of any formal listing.
What is the duration of the Property Management Contract?
We don’t believe in a one size fits all approach and understand that every owner, property, and location is unique.
Who pays the utility bills?
Bills related to the property are paid for by the owner.
How can GoTo–Property Management, help me as an owner outside of listing my property?
We would be happy to help in any way. We can do as much or as little as you need us to do, from attending to the physical aspects of your property to any associated administrative needs.
