My story begins in the north of Spain, where my parents decided to leave a picturesque hamlet on the Camino de Santiago, destined for a cold, grey yet beautiful Hampshire, England. The county and country I was born in and raised.My identity today, was crafted by that Hampshire upbringing – those that lived there – and the opportunities that arose along the way. Today l split my time between the Costa Del Sol and Galicia, applying my bilingual culture to everyday life.My academic background is in hospitality and from Cornell University. I thrive on addressing challenges in the sector, particularly around inspiring young people to view hospitality as a rewarding career rather than a weekend job. I am also a Member of the Institute of Hospitality, currently sitting on the Committee for the Mediterranean Region.
